The Very First Imp Designs of Ethylynn

The first sketch (first image) was drawn just one day before I realized my attraction to Fizzarolli. Ethylynn was orignally a sinner OC named "Cold Ethyl" based in Hazbin Hotel. But my original hellsona was a lot different in bio and personality, so the imp version was more like my true self. Admittedly however, the reason I took up to draw an imp version of Ethylynn was not only to have an impsona for Helluva Boss, but because Fizzarolli's debut had inspired me to do it.

Shortly after making the sketch and now fully accepting my attraction towards Fizz, I made a quick full body reference for Ethylynn. The reason her outfit looks a lot simpler compared to her current look is because she's based more on how I look like in real life. While I was setlled on her outfit being the red/black crop top with the check pattern skirt and boots, I originally had wanted to draw her in a variety of outfits, so for the scrapped icon and banner idea, I had made an alternate outfit for her wearing an all-black long-sleeve top with a yellow gem choker (a reference to Gluttony Ring).

Cold Ethyl and Ethylynn were originally going to be used back to back, but I soon realized that I had become far more devoted to Helluva Boss than I was to Hazbin.
